Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Costing & Manufacturing Finance
Develop, maintain, and review product costing models.
Ensure accurate standard costing and cost allocation methodologies.
Analyze manufacturing costs, material consumption, labor costs, and overhead absorption.
Monitor product profitability and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
Review Bills of Materials (BOMs), routing structures, and labor standards for costing accuracy.
Inventory & Cost Control
Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation processes.
Monitor inventory movements, stock adjustments, and cost variances.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies related to inventory accounting.
Support periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Prepare and present manufacturing performance reports and cost analysis.
Analyze production variances and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
