Responsibilities

: - Help design and manage My Purchases / customer portal - Coordinate email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content - Act as liaison between Marketing’s website team and Vehicle Remarketing - Monitor how customers experience our services and provide direction and tools on how to improve - Help with completing projects and basic updates - Assist with additional projects assigned by Director
