Job Description

Drive impactful customer strategies as the Manager of Customer Research & Insights in a hybrid environment. This role prioritizes understanding customer needs through rigorous data analysis and feedback programs.
As part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing VoC and VoP initiatives. By analyzing customer behavior and feedback, you'll extract insights that inform business decisions and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure insights lead to actionable improvements throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Voice of the Customer and Partner programs
• Analyze feedback data to identify satisfaction drivers
