Manager, Data Governance Organization

The DGO Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring data stewards, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business service level requirements. This position is integral to the Order Management department's success, overseeing processes for master data and operational data across a global enterprise.

Lead and mentor a team of data stewards, ensuring their professional development and adherence to policies.

Manage and integrate master data related to item codes, descriptions, and categories, maintaining data integrity.

Oversee processes for Customer, Vendor, and Material Master Data, including new creations, changes, and blocking.

Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to maintain data and process quality, implementing corrections as needed.

Interface with cross-functional teams to validate master data policies and address any non-compliance.
