Manager, Development (Hamilton)

The Manager, Development will lead the Faculty of Health Sciences’ private revenue generation through major, bequest, and principal gifts. The role partners with academic and administrative champions to develop a pipeline of donors, cultivate relationships, and secure significant revenue to support research and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Model a culture of collaboration, integration, and service to support the University’s core research and academic missions.
• Provide leadership and direction on the creation and implementation of annual development plans and support the implementation of campaigns, strategies, and practices to increase revenue generation across the Faculty.
• Accountable for monitoring, evaluating, and measuring the Faculty’s strategic plans to ensure they achieve goals, outcomes, and alignment with University Advancement goals.
