Your Opportunity Core responsibilities include:
Talent
Support recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
Mentor, coach, and manage performance and career guidance for the team.
Plan and forecast team utilization.
Ensure professionals have the required skills, experience, and capacity.
Engagements
Act as trusted advisor to clients and BDO project teams during Dynamics F&O Finance implementations.
Manage multiple engagements against budget, timeline, and scope.
Monitor and manage vendor relationships where applicable.
