Position Overview :

People Services India is looking for a strong HR generalist to join the India People Services team as part of our specialized Services operation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, PS India this role will provide complex query and transactional support across a range of specialist HR services including Total Rewards, Employee Benefits, and Retirals with key focus on Employee Relations.

This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations issues effectively, and supporting the administration and communication of total rewards programs including benefits, and recognition programs

This will be a fast-paced and highly varied role, so you’ll need to be able to comfortably switch gears to manage different tasks – whether that’s guiding a Manager through an Employee Relations process, working with CoE partners to research the answer to a complex policy query, coordinating new...
