Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of the Supervisor II (Supervisory) in the Human Resources & Support Services Branch (HRSS), Employee Relations Office, the Employee Relations Manager serves as the Department’s lead subject matter expert for the day-to-day activities related to performance management, progressive discipline, labor relations, and telework within the office.
