Manager, Engineering Quality, Air Manufacturing Innovation

**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**

The Manager, Quality Engineering at **Air MI** will partner closely with Product Development Design and Tooling, Process Engineering, Automation Engineering, and Air Production to deliver safe, scalable, standardized, data‑driven processes that enable Air MI to meet demand, reduce scrap and waste, and operate as a standardized global network.

The Manager, Quality Engineering will lead a team of Quality Engineers and technical lab personnel who will be responsible for delivering a prevention-based culture of quality – risk-based prevention, stable control plans, timely and effective CAPAs, audit protocols, and data-driven visibility into process and product health.
