Manager - Ethics Content Writer (DEL)

JOB PURPOSE To develop an ethical culture and work environment as per GMR Values & Beliefs. Identify ethical lapses in the organization to reduce wastage and identify revenue leakages in matters relating to GHIAL and the Group business of MRO, CARGO, Duty Free, GADL, SSC, GMR Aviation Academy, ALD, Raxa, GHASL, Tenaga-Parking, Highways-VJA-Hyderabad & Pochampally, etc. ORGANISATION CHART Key Accountabilities with KPIs Developing sources in various Departments and Business Units in GHIAL to collect intelligence. ➤ KPI: Number and quality of sources developed. Conducting discreet verifications, dipstick checks, data analytics, and report making. ➤ KPI: Number and quality of checks and reports.
