Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executives to create and facilitate search strategies for leadership roles
- Host executive candidates throughout the interview process ensuring they have an exceptional candidate experience
- Present market research to the business
- Manage all components of the pipeline and maintain data integrity, and proactively share updates with internal stakeholders
- Create innovative new candidate identification methods, engagement strategies and channels for executive recruiting
- Provide strategic guidance and support to deliver on executive talent needs.
- Conduct consultative intake calls, provide weekly status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution-oriented results
