Why This Role Matters

The purpose of the R&D Manager position is to lead or support the development and implementation of new products and improved materials, and to oversee design changes of existing products to meet customer needs while improving profitability, supply reliability, compliance and competitiveness.

In this role, you will

• Based on the business strategy, formulate objectives for the R&D team to secure implementation of the strategy and identify or lead projects to increase efficiency and secure supply.
• Secure resource manning of the team to execute the Wound Care strategy and LCM execution plan, including COGS reduction and dual sourcing initiatives, and provide input to the LCM planning and prioritization process.
