Manager, Field Services - Enforcement (Mississauga)

Job Summary

The Manager, Field Services is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational delivery of the City of Mississauga’s parking enforcement activities. Reporting to the Manager, Parking Services, this position provides leadership to a team of Field Services Supervisors and indirectly oversees a large workforce of Municipal Law Enforcement Officers delivering 24/7 enforcement services across the city. The role ensures that parking enforcement is conducted in a fair, effective, and consistent manner, supporting public safety, mobility, and compliance with municipal by-laws.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6-8 Field Services Supervisors and indirectly oversee 60-80 MLEOs across multiple shifts, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
