This role primarily focuses on overseeing finance operations and driving process automation for Sun Life’s Asia Asset Management business. The role is expected to strengthen operational control, improve efficiency through the use of artificial intelligence and automation tools, and support management reporting and senior executive requests. The main responsibilities include the following:

  • Oversee daily finance operations and month-end closing process, including journal entries, payments, billing, reconciliations, review of financial results, period-end activities, and internal controls, to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reporting requirements
  • Prepare and support management reporting deliverables, including profit and loss forecasts, actual vs budget analysis, assets under management analysis, and other recurring or ad hoc financial reports, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and relevant for management review and business ...
