Key Responsibilities

Enhance assistance in the execution of new CSTs.
Anticipate potential risks and outline necessary measures for mitigation through the appropriate channels.
Increase comprehensive ownership by addressing, resolving, and tracking open inquiries and requests with established deadlines.
Achieve complete migration of CST checks to a centralized hub, further optimizing the process in collaboration with Risk to stagger checks and determine sample sizes based on testing requirements.
Identify operations currently conducted manually and assess their potential for automation.
Enhance overall process efficiency by scrutinizing reports to eliminate redundancy.
