Manager, Global Operations Support – Order to Cash (Pharma) (Hybrid – Seattle, WA OR Madison, NJ) 

We are seeking a Manager, Global Operations Support – Order to Cash (Pharma) for a global pharmaceutical client. You will form part of a team of subject matter experts in Order Exception Management for the SAP- ERP system and processes. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with client global site stakeholders and third-party distributors. You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the Cell Therapy ERP order management system, extending the order-to-cash process to upcoming markets, and ensuring a best-in-class customer delivery experience for our patient treatment centers worldwide. 

This is a 40-hour per week, 7-month contract (extensions possible), 60% onsite role at the client’s office either in Seattle, WA OR Madison, NJ. Work Schedule: Mon-Fri – Standard Hours
