MANAGER, GLOBAL SERVICE DELIVERY

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Service Delivery (Procurement Operations), the Manager will lead a team responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused Procure-to-Pay operational support across global procurement.

• Provide leadership, governance, and direction for high-volume procurement operations, including tail spend order support, purchase requisition/purchase order operational support, PO changes, supplier onboarding and enablement, Ariba catalog management, receiving/invoice issue resolution, operational reporting, audit support, and process documentation.
• Accountable for service delivery performance, team effectiveness, process compliance, audit readiness, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
