Responsibilities:

Employee Relations Management

• Serve as primary liaison for employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring concerns are addressed through established channels.
• Champion a fair and consistent disciplinary framework that aligns with corporate governance and legal obligations.
• Lead investigation and resolutions of workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary cases with impartiality and precision.
• Partner with Legal and HR professionals to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legislative mandates.

Policy Development & Training for General Conduct and Discipline

• Collaborate with Group HR to evaluate and refine HR governance policies such as Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality as well as disciplinary protocols.
