HR and Operations Manager

Location: Manila, Philippines • Employment Type: Full-Time • Reports to: Endeavor Philippines Managing Director/Operations Sr. Manager

The Opportunity: Endeavor Philippines is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR and Operations Manager to provide high-level administrative, operational, board, and HR support to the Managing Director.

The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in empowering the Managing Director to focus on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day tasks, facilitating communication, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting board governance requirements, and assisting in HR processes.

Includes but are not limited to:

Human Resources Management

• Performance Management: Lead and coordinate performance review cycles, documentation, evaluation tracking, and follow-ups. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
