BAE Systems Space & Mission Systems (SMS) is seeking a financial planning and analysis manager to join our Space and Mission Systems (SMS) sector as a Manager I Finance, managing our operating and strategic capital plans. This key role will drive business outcomes by working with team members across the sector to support our capital planning, reporting and analysis while ensuring an efficient and effective approach to resource allocation of capital spend. A successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive financial and business acumen, provide consistency through efficient process and tools, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
