Manager - Infrastructure Finance

You will play a key role in the build out of a new business line focused on financing predictable long‑term cash flows linked to infrastructure and energy‑related assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of infrastructure and receivables‑backed financing transactions
• Structuring and analysing long‑dated cash‑flow opportunities
• Building and reviewing detailed financial models project‑style and cash‑flow based
• Preparing lender‑ready materials and supporting discussions with banks and institutional lenders
• Assisting with debt fundraising processes and lender due diligence
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to help institutionalise credit risk and structuring processes
• Supporting the scalability and digitisation of the infrastructure financing platform
• Evaluating new sectors and use cases including energy, utilities and smart infrastructure
