Manager/ Inspection & Compliance

You will assist the Deputy Director of the Inspection & Compliance branch to regulate the real estate agency industry. Your duties will involve analysis and distillation of information reports, and contributing to the development and implementation of operational policies and frameworks relating to anti-money laundering and countering terrorism financing measures.

You will be required from time to time to deal with complaints/investigations against estate agents and salespersons, conduct inspections and field surveillances and prepare reports and recommendation of appropriate enforcement actions to be taken against non-compliance of the Estate Agents Act and its Regulations. You will also be required to make presentations at Management meetings and take on organisation-wide projects. Other ad-hoc tasks may also be assigned to you from time to time.
