Manager, Integrated Scenario Testing, PB & CB

Job Description

As Manager, Integrated Scenario Testing, you will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and continuous improvement of integrated strategies for testing supplier exit strategies and business continuity plans (BCPs) through tabletop exercises across PB & CB. You will work closely with the PB & CB Operational Resiliency and the Disaster Recovery teams to integrate any testing for critical services to ensure a cohesive and efficient test plan is in place. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and Enterprise standards, identifies gaps, and strengthens operational resilience. You will also assist with designing actionable plans, communication frameworks, and dashboards to monitor and report on testing outcomes, risks, and mitigation actions.
