Responsibilities

• Manage IT Network, Security and Telephony contribution to Organization's objectives
  • Assist in developing and aligning IT Network, Security and Telephony strategies with business objectives
  • Add value to company by providing a stable network, telephony and security
  • Infrastructure Manage the budget effectively
  • Manage external SLA's and ensure adequate vendors support
  • Assist to identify, calculate and manage risks affecting the organization
  • Monitor and manage disaster recovery and business continuity
• Manage IT Network, Telephony and Security infrastructure (Operational Excellence)
  • Manage incidents and releases
  • Manage problems and changes
  • Design, implement and manage the configuration of the infrastructure
