Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the busy breakfast service
• Ensuring the F&B team consistently deliver high quality standards of guest service
• Ensuring Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
• Working with F&B Manager and other Heads of Department within the property to ensure the smooth running of early morning meeting & events
• Other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
