Take a leadership role in formalizing products and services
Help to frame the strategy and execution of client engagements and ensure objectives are clearly identified, agreed, and attained
Facilitate client discussions and workshops
Delegate effectively to leverage the strengths of the team, developing/assigning tasks while maintaining ownership and responsibility for deliverables.
Analyze data, clearly organized in a logical manner that can be easily explained to clients or team members.
Lead, coach and develop multiple analysts in problem solving model design/construction.
