Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering

The Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our PCBA manufacturing lines. You are responsible for leading and managing the work of designing, developing, deploying and optimizing processes for manufacturing to achieve quality, cost and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers products. This role requires a blend of hands‑on troubleshooting, strategic capacity planning, and high‑level stakeholder management.

Detailed Description Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

Coordinate with floor supervisors to identify manufacturing issues and ensure technical resources are effectively deployed to minimize equipment downtime.

Participate in daily status meetings to synchronize engineering priorities with factory production goals and volume targets.
