Manager, Mental Health Integration (Casual) - MHI Outpatient Clinic

JOB SUMMARY:

In coordination with the Director of Clinical Operations and Integration, this position is responsible for the overall business, administrative, clinical care, and facility operations of the Mental Health Integration (MHI) Program. This role oversees and manages daily operations across MHI sites to ensure high-quality, efficient, innovative, whole childcare across a complex, multi-regional network. The manager provides leadership and oversight of the Administrative Team, Care Coordinators, and Supervisors. The manager directs program development and expansion efforts, including patient care activity, workflow optimization, and financial oversight such as billing and productivity key performance indicators related to sustainability.
