Manager - Microsoft Power Platform - Toronto

EY Canada is seeking an experienced Manager – Technical Lead to join our Microsoft Power Platform team, which spans advisory, planning, design, architecture, implementation, training, and business adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
• Architect and govern Copilot Studio solutions, including custom copilots, generative AI workflows, and integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and enterprise systems.
• Serve as the technical authority across multiple client engagements, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices, Responsible AI principles, and enterprise architecture standards.
