Overview
An excellent position has now arisen for a Duty Manager to join the management team of a stunning 5* property in USA.
Responsibilities
- Provide Duty Manager/Assistant F&B Manager leadership in a busy 5* hotel environment.
- Ensure that all guests receive a 5* level of service at all times and that guest queries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work effectively with both management and staff to maintain high standards of operation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager/Assistant F&B Manager in a busy 5* hotel.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Legal right to work in the USA full-time with no restrictions.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and prioritisation skills.
