The pay range for this role is $48.11-75.08.

Position Summary:

The Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise; facilitates an atmosphere of interactive management and the development of collegial relationships among all team members. The Nurse Manager promotes a climate for effective performance while allocating available resources to promote efficient, effective, and quality nursing/patient care. The Nurse Manager contributes to the development and implementation of strategic planning processes, day‐to‐day operations, and attainment of organizational and departmental goals.
