Job Description

Step into a pivotal role as the Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Lodge at Arrow Lakes, where you will lead the Tavern Front of House and ensure operational excellence. This position expertly combines hospitality with business acumen.
In Nakusp, BC, you'll be responsible for front-of-house leadership, driving financial success in Food & Beverage operations. With at least two years of leadership experience, you'll provide strategic direction, manage staffing, and uphold service standards. You'll also partner with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain safety compliance and create innovative drink menus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve financial targets through effective collaboration
• Coach and develop front-of-house team members
