Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Lead the establishment and day-to‑day operations of the Ops Planning & Analytics (OPPA) unit, driving data‑informed capacity planning and analysis to support evidence‑based operational decisions across KLIA.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of OPPA's planning frameworks, analytical models, and reporting infrastructure.
• Oversee capacity vs. demand analysis across terminal operational areas including check‑in, screening, gates, and baggage.
• Drive dynamic manpower deployment planning in coordination with respective operations leads and HC.
• Establish and maintain the operational performance and analytic dashboards and reporting cycles.
• Manage and mentor OPPA team members, building unit capability over time.
