Job Description Summary: This role is to establish and lead the operational foundation for the Variable Universal Life (VUL) product. The role will be responsible for building core processes, documentation standards, and maintaining strong external partnerships. As the primary subject‑matter expert for VUL operations, the individual will work closely with private banks, custodians, business partners, and internal teams to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end policy lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full VUL lifecycle from application submission to policy issuance, including custodian account setup and premium funding coordination.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of all lifecycle tasks.
• Establish documentation standards and risk‑management practices for VUL administration.
