Manager, Ops (Allied Health)

The Operations Manager supports the Deputy Director, Operations (Allied Health), and Chairperson, Allied Health Services & Pharmacy, in servicing the Departments under Allied Health Services & Pharmacy. He/She is the Operations interface across all hospital services and functional units for the Department(s).

Working closely with the Deputy Director, Operations; Chairperson (AH), HOD(s)/ Deputy HOD(s), and supported by operations executives, the Operations Manager is responsible to plan, develop and manage resources within the Department(s) to meet the department/hospital’s objectives in the delivery of patient care. The Operations Manager plays a proactive role in supporting the Department(s) by providing timely departmental performance reporting and actively planning, implementing and managing initiatives and solutions towards determined objectives.
