What is Manager Optical System Design?
The Manager Optical System Design is responsible for the end-to-end planning and design of the optical transport network, encompassing OTN, IPRAN, FTTS, and passive optical fiber infrastructure. This role involves high-level and low-level design preparation, solution validation, vendor coordination documentation. The ideal candidate is self-driven, able to work under pressure in demanding conditions, and proactive in identifying and implementing network optimization opportunities.
This position reports directly to the Head Transport Networks.

Plan, design, and deploy optical transport systems across new and existing networks.
Evaluate and validate vendor-proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with network standards.
