Manager (Orchard)

Conduct feasibility studies for school development projects and review existing school designs to propose innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Evaluate consultants design proposals to ensure alignment with MOEs operational and maintainability requirements.

Collaborate with project and contracts teams to review project management processes.

Manage procurement of construction services and administer construction contracts.

Work closely with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects.

Relevant background in architecture, building, or engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience .

Good knowledge of the building industry and building regulations .
