Manager Organizational Analytics

JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Sr. Leader, Organizational Analytics, the Manager Organizational Analyticsleads the design and execution of enterprise-level analyses that transform organizational and Club-level data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for developing analytic models, conducting complex analyses, and translating findings into decision-relevant insights that inform BGCA’s strategies, services, and investments.

The Manager operationalizes the organizational analytics agenda established by the Sr. Leader by executing high-priority analyses, advancing predictive and associative analytics, and ensuring analytic outputs meet standards of rigor, coherence, and usability. The Manager partners closely with the Measurement, Business Intelligence, MyClubHub, and cross-functional teams to ensure analytic work is integrated with enterprise reporting systems and aligned with governance standards and organizational priorities
