Manager (Partnerships Community)

The Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM), a non-profit organisation founded in 1997, with the objective of raising the standards of civil behaviour and responsibility. SKM is a catalyst and collaborates with partners to activate and implement kindness initiatives that aim to improve kindness and graciousness in Singapore.

The Manager (Partnerships – Community) plays a critical role in fostering a gracious society by building and nurturing strategic alliances with community partners across the Public, Private, and People (3P) sectors. By identifying collaboration opportunities and negotiating win‑win agreements, the Manager leverages collective strengths to achieve the Singapore Kindness Movement’s (SKM) shared objectives.

Additionally, this role provides vital operational support to the wider SKM Partnerships team, ensuring all sectoral programmes are executed efficiently, transparently, and expeditiously.
