What the position entails:

The P&C Manager is a key leadership role responsible for both the day‑to‑day management of P&C operations and the delivery of strategic people initiatives. This role will work closely with the executive and leadership team to support business objectives, strengthen the employee experience, and ensure consistent, compliant P&C practices across the organization.
This position is intended as a senior, hands‑on role that bridges operational leadership with strategic execution during a maternity leave.
