Manager People Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a high-performing People Services team delivering consistent, high-quality support across the business.
• Work in close partnership with Strategic Business Partners to deliver aligned, end-to-end people solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, supporting the delivery of people priorities and resolving complex matters.
• Drive continuous improvement across people services, lifting capability, consistency, and efficiency.
• Maintain the People Services function as a credible, fair, and reliable partner for day-to-day employment matters.
• Lead and govern the design, implementation and ongoing interpretation of people policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and collective agreements.
