Role Overview

As an Operational Excellence Manager (Opex Manager) at Phillips‑Medisize you will lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects that drive meaningful operational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Plan, develop, execute, and follow up on projects using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Present monthly reports to General Management and corporate stakeholders on project progress, cost savings, and achieved results.
• Implement actions to optimize time and motion, including SMED and Kaizen projects.
• Ensure proper management, tracking, and achievement of the plant’s continuous improvement objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable sustainable changes that positively impact key performance indicators such as OEE, COPQ, CIP, and MUV reduction.
