**MANAGER PORTFOLIO OPTIMIZATION**
**Purpose**
The Manager, Portfolio Optimization supports the Senior Manager, Portfolio Optimization to increase the performance and profitability of the issuing portfolio (credit & debit) and the overall success of the Issuing & Payment Networks Area within Retail Payments Department in International Banking ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
**Accountabilities**
- Develops and maintains payments related dashboards and reports from networks & IB data, consolidating extraction of data from multiple sources.
- Conduct in-depth analysis for the credit card portfolio to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization including product mix adjustment, MCC penetration, fee...
