Position Description:
The Manager Consulting Expert takes responsibility for being accountable for bids and opportunities in End-User Services by driving business development activities and ensuring process compliance with 'Business Engineering Management Framework.
Your main responsibilities as Manager Consulting Expert are as follows:
- The overall solution of major bids.
- The standardization of tools and offerings.
- Building knowledge repository for all bids: tools, best practices, and case studies to be used for bids.
- Improving efficiency in bid work.
- Writing effective proposals.
- Working collaboratively with different BUs in building a winning solution.
- Expanding the Solution Architect expertise within the business unit.
- Contributing to the Expert Enablement program of APAC strategic business unit.
- Supporting the Delivery Directors on the sales-to-delivery hand-off and transition.
