Manager Product Development First

Synopsis

Responsible for the full product lifecycle management of Economy Class inflight products and the cross-cabin Family Experience program. Accountable for the design, development, delivery, and commercial management of assigned onboard products to ensure brand alignment, guest satisfaction, operational readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.

Accountabilities

• Develop Economy Class inflight products including amenities, seating comfort items, dining equipment, and guest service tools.
• Own and lead Family Experience product development across all cabins, ensuring cross-cabin consistency and differentiation for family-focused propositions.

• Analyse guest feedback, market trends, competitor benchmarking and industry innovation to develop relevant Economy and Family products.
