  Your tasks will further include: 
 You will ensure that work within the department is carried out in a timely and high-quality manner;
 Developing the individual experience, knowledge and skills of the manufacturing and test engineers;
 Coordination of the Engineering and Technology roadmap in cooperation with the Manager Engineering;
 Clearly defining the required inputs for successful manufacturing and test engineering activities;
 Drive and successfully implement improvements;
 Reporting on the performance related to manufacturing and test engineering towards the Manager Engineering.
