Manager, Project Delivery

**What you'll do at Elekta****Responsibilities*** Lead and develop a team of Project and Site Managers delivering customer projects end-to-end (from planning to handover).* Drive a high-performance culture built on collaboration, innovation and accountability.* Strengthen delivery predictability by standardising project planning, execution and monitoring across clusters.* Partner with Cluster Leaders and regional stakeholders on delivery expectations, prioritisation, and resource/revenue forecasting.* Own the regional consolidation and communication of the **Linac Demand Plan**.* Act as the regional escalation point for project issues and New Product Introductions impacting order fulfilment.**What you bring*** Proven people leadership experience in project delivery, ideally within complex technical/clinical environments.* Strong project governance capability (planning, risk, stakeholder management, cadence, reporting).* Demonstrated ability to set standards, embed best practice, and dr...
