Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of facade projects from inception to completion ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
- Develop and implement detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for facade systems
- Oversee the design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of facade elements ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve design and construction challenges related to the facade
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil/Structural), Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience specifically in facade engineering and project management
