Job Description

Summary
The Quality Plant Operations Manager is responsible for all quality activities related to in-house fabrication of pipe spools and vessels in alignment with Enerflex’s Quality Management System. This individual will also be responsible for the quality of Painting, Assembly and Shipping of the final product to the Customer. This individual will be accountable for ensuring compliance with quality standards and providing complete, accurate, and timely project deliverables.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for the supervision, direction, and career development of in-house Plant Operations quality personnel.

Influence development and implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and internal systems that support Quality and Product Excellence.
