Project Management / Vehicle Integration for 2wh, mainly performance segment Motorcycles :
Driving Projects independently from initial Vehicle Layout / concept preparation to final production readiness Passing all Gate Reviews and clearances with all stake holders Identifying and completing relevant benchmarking for the projects, setting weight and cost targets based on benchmark Basic Vehicle Calculations, fixing layout Hard Points, Modularization across different Variants Layouts, estimating project scheduling and making time plans. Specification preparation and finalization. Design Verification and Validation Planning, setting up vehicle level and component level test plans. Concept design preparation based on requirement and sharing with horizontal to complete detail design, layout checking and confirming it meets the targets and release in system. Detail D...
